About Your Instructor: Jonny Andrews
Background and Expertise: My name is Jonny Andrews, and I’m the proud founder of the International Charcuterie Association (ICA). I’ve been immersed in the world of charcuterie since 2019, when the art of gourmet food presentation began to make a significant comeback. My journey started with helping my then-wife create, grow, and establish her charcuterie brand, which has since become the largest in the Chicagoland area. This venture included launching a successful catering business and developing a robust content creation system that reaches over 225K high-income consumers locally every month.

Experience and Achievements: Before diving into charcuterie, I spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur, building more than 250 online businesses. My entrepreneurial journey began from a less than advantageous starting point; after being homeless in 2003-4 and suffering from identity theft, I started selling simple items online just to afford food.
What I learned from doing this led to the creation of a successful online information publishing brand. Over the years, I’ve authored 15 books and assisted countless authors, entrepreneurs, and influencers in launching their own successful publishing careers. My work has been featured on top podcasts like Smart Passive Income with Pat Flynn and The Self Publishing Podcast, and in various print publications.
During the pandemic, while aiding in the growth of my then-wife’s charcuterie company, I also managed to reboot Joe Exotic’s (The Tiger King) social media presence, securing over $100K in sponsorship sales within the first 45 days.
Teaching and Mentorship: I’ve always had a knack for identifying opportunities and patterns that others might overlook. My unique ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable steps has fueled my passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. As an information publisher for nearly two decades, my training courses have sold over 177K times, helping thousands of entrepreneurs, business owners, influencers, and authors achieve their goals.
